1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing this website, submitting lead forms, or placing orders at our Tradium Mall showroom, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our online services or request quotations.

2. Product Representation & Shade Variations

We strive to represent our luxury tiles, premium sanitaryware, and bath fittings as accurately as possible. However, please note:

Shade Variations: Ceramic and vitrified tiles are subject to natural shade/tonality variations during kiln firing. Different manufacturing batches (run numbers) will have slight color and size variations. We strongly advise purchasing 5-10% extra tiles in your initial order to ensure consistent batches.
Digital Display: Actual product colors, gloss levels, and textures may differ slightly from digital images rendered on computer or mobile screens. We highly recommend visiting our showroom to inspect live display samples before final payment.
Technical Ratings: Standard specifications (water absorption, anti-skid ratings, pressure capacity) are supplied directly by manufacturers. Customers and their hired plumbing/masonry teams are responsible for verifying structural compatibilities.

3. Pricing, GST & Quotations

All price quotes generated via enquiry forms or email correspondence are estimates and subject to final verification. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, prices do not include loading charges, local transport fees, or relevant goods and services taxes (GST). Formal invoices with active GST numbers will be issued at the showroom cashier upon order confirmation.

4. Delivery and Transport

While we facilitate and coordinate dispatch with local transport trucks, delivery is performed by third-party drivers. Bath India is not responsible for transit delays, site entry limitations, or breaking of materials due to improper handling by the customer’s site laborers. Clients must inspect all sanitaryware and tiles for cracks or damages at the time of delivery before unloading.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns or exchanges of tiles and sanitaryware must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Returned goods must be in their original, unopened box packaging and belong to a batch size currently active in our showroom stock. Cut tiles, installed WCs, or scratched bath fittings are strictly non-returnable. Return transport expenses are to be borne entirely by the purchaser.

6. Limitation of Liability

Bath India provides luxury bath products and authorized brand warranties. We do not offer installation services and are not liable for any financial damages, structural leaks, wall cracks, or functional failures resulting from incorrect plumber fittings, masonry, or tile adhesive applications on your site.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of West Bengal, India. Any disputes arising from showroom transactions or website enquiries shall be subject exclusively to the courts of Siliguri, West Bengal.

8. Revisions to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When revisions are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be refreshed. It is the user's responsibility to periodically review these terms to stay updated on showroom policies.
